Where i do come from?...... i just asleep last nigth with some alpha waves and was dreaming quite real and awake in the middle of the nigth just to prepare some things for the morning.... cats food and letting the dog go out for pee.... and still was dark but i was renewed.... when i wake up and meet the cats.... again they started arguing and i thou¡gth oh no! my temper will go hell again.... but to my own surprise i was very much centered and at my very core so that i was with the strengh and patiente to deal all the cats figth issue with kindness.... i am so very thank full for it for my day is at balance and the cats now are happy too despite they dont like much the food i prepared to them... ;)
