Whether you are someone whom I speak to everyday of my life (and trust me, it wont take long to count this “person”), or we are kindred spirits of another kind and maybe you don’t know my name and I dont know yours, but you somehow still find yourself reading this; I hope somehow my experience, although possibly unique from yours, will impact your life like it has mine. I would have loved to have someone I believe in and respect, tell me this 20 years ago. Well, for those of you who believed I was 19, I guess I just blew it! I have always had big dreams and eventually, those who really want to, will know what they were, along with all of the embarrassing truths about what really happened to them, but just for today, I want you to learn the value of vicarious experience; I want you to learn from my pain, so you wont require nearly as much! I have, in the past, both sacrificed and compromised myself in ways I never should have; nothing illegal or even immoral by the worlds standards, but I can tell you this, “it was NEVER worth it! I will be the first to tell you that when you want something, your Level Of Commitment (LOC) should be higher than anyone on this planet, but when you compromise yourself, it becomes and act of a lack of faith and it will NEVER turn out well! Sacrifice can never be called sacrifice when it’s truly a labor of love and compromise to me is when you give up something you know you never wanted to and all this means to me is, “I don’t believe I can do it any other way!” This type of energy in your life will haunt you for a really long time, it certainly did for me! From the moment I started moving in the direction of my dreams without any emotional attachment to even the smallest physical result, the things I knew would never happen, just fell into my lap. You can feel the power! And at the moment you feel you have to give up something you wanted to keep forever, the universe is not just speaking to you, but it is also showing you something that you cannot see, because you are blinded by what is not real. You are blinded by the illusion of what you think is necessary and I am telling you, it will do more harm than good. You not only deserve it all, but you have been born with the “right” to it all!
