Whew! What a weekend! Saturday I did two clinics for Western Dressage Association of Colorado at Jeffco on Lateral movements and we had a ball -who says you cant teach Shoulder In and Haunches in in two hours to 7 people? What a GREAT group! Lots of laughs and fun, and the usual and amazingly transparent organizational skills of the WDACO board to keep thing s running smoothly. Then, Sunday, out to Judges Choice for a long day teaching individual Ride-a-Test lessons to 11 riders, thanks to the tireless efforts of Ann Judge and her crew. Each rider rode a test, we worked to improve the core issue presented in the test, and then we tried again, to see if we made any improvements. Another terrific group of riders and horses, and a beautiful Colorado day made me stay on my game, and I know I went away from Anns with big smile on my face, because everyone stretched for the brass ring and outdid themselves. Thank you ALL!
