VERY short sleepers: Less than 5 hours a night: These people consume the least variety in the diet and consume the least water! Lack lycopene (antioxidant) ***drink grapefruit juice!*** 2. SHORT SLEEPERS- 5-6 hours: Consume the MOST calories Least vitamin C **citrus needed & eat a Brazilian nut** 3. OVER SLEEPERS: People that sleep 9 or more hours: Consume less chemicals that affect brain health and stimulants *eat 1oz of dark chocolate/day 4.
