While I disagree that believing in angels is not something to be proud of or doesnt demonstrate you are indeed more awake to truth than your neighbor, I think he makes a lot of good points. And continuing to move through life with political parties is going to help nothing. Its all about sides now, and it should be about individuals. We dont need parties, and they will, mark my words, be gone one day. We would be better off going into the voting booth, really and truly having learned about the candidates because he/she is not part of any side other than one to do better. People wouldnt do silly things like not vote for a candidate because it would be throwing a vote away and other such nonsense. We would be voting like voting should be. For the person dnd their ideas, and not what group they are part of. That is the part that is becoming the focus and wrecking us. We are not the best nation anymore, nor should we strive to rise ABOVE others. But if your prayer is for us to be equal to all wonderful nations, than daily meditation on that desire is more powerful than anything else... More powerful than the efforts of 1 million politicians trying to do it without prayer.
