While intentionally out last night looking for backlit photos with insects with good bokeh at F2.8 - I came across both of these plants which are not part of the assignment. I have no idea what the blue flower is but thought it was unique and beautiful. The thistle is just a thistle but it turned out good. Only tweaked brightness and contrast a bit - no cropping.
