While investigating the Butler-McCook House in Hartford, CT, two investigators were looking through the diary of Mary Sheldon (1816-1887) which contained entries dating back to the 1850s. While reading some entries, this EVP of Get out of here! Its not your book! was captured. We spoke with a historian of the home-turned-museum afterward and learned that Mary had a short temper and was very possessive of her privacy and belongings. We cant say for sure whether this is actually Marys voice but the EVP captured and what we had learned of her personality traits makes for a strong case.
