While some hardcore bands used the triple drumstick strike to signify the change from benign intro to hit-the-beach ferocity, a textbook example is Gang Greens Sold Out; SS Decontrol, by contrast, used a hypnotic dub to woo the listener into a false sense of security, which was then followed by a roof-raising thunderclap of guitar that ignited the pit like nothing before. And in no song does SSD master the transition from hook to sinker, from dub to demolition, and from tranquility to catharsis than it does in Get It Away. A masterpiece.
