“While the Capitol has been a property where people have engaged in expressive activity, it is not a property which has a long history of devotion to assembly and debate.” This was a Wisconsin Assistant Attorney General saying that in court documents — among other things, I guess he forgot that the state legislature assembles and debates in the Capitol. If I were the judge, this would be a lawyer with a footprint on his ass.
