Whilst having breakfast there is this almighty crash. Rush out to see a Fiat 500 going in through the pedestrian gate of our neighbour. It continues to drive forward and backwards. Thought it was a heist. Turns out it is grandad driving a new car. He destroys not only the pedestrian gate but the driveway gate also which slides past the other gate. Also takes out the electric fence and a brick pillar. I go back and finish off breakfast only to hear another almighty bang. He tried to pull car into the garage and proceeds to drive over a bicycle and through a garage door at the back of the garage. Not sure what the insurers will think when they get the claim.
