White and Blacks Who Is Charge With The Same Crime By Umar A. Muhammed Researchers has study the racism in the justice system . 1 out 3 blacks will be charge with a crime and serve lengthy prison time while 1 out 17 whites who charge with the same is less likely to get any conviction and less likely to serve any prison or if sentence is likely to get a light sentence . Do that mean blacks are badder than whites ? No.!! No we live in a racial bias system. If a black person get charge with a crime it is likely he or she will get a public lawyer who is probably handling many cases and will not spend much time preparing the black person case or investigating your witnesses or attaining evidence to prove your innocence. Likely if the legal system really want to screw him they likely to fabricate evidence and get witness to lie against Him, etc. They will likely doctor up drug evidence to develop a strong case against you. If anyone dont believe this ask the people who has experience or saw other inmates in the prisons who experience . It is not hard to find policemen , prison guards , court officers, lawyers, etc will tell you this goes on every single day in the courts system. I personally have a friend who previously worked as a Boston Police officer but quit that career and went into the ministry as a Christian preacher after he saw the bias-ness and corruption in the police Department . He saw a lot of things he didnt like so he decided to quit that job. On the other hand, the white person who charge with the same crime most likely he hired a private lawyer who probably dont have a Hugh case load, and likely he going to have an private investigator who will do a better job at investigating than what the black person get. He likely not going to get fabricated evidence or paid spy or informants who is trying to save their own behind and willing to say anything the law enforcement or prosecutor want that person to say. If the white person is convicted he likely will get a lighter sentence than black person will get for the same crime. RACISM AND BIAS-NESS IS REAL FOR BLACK PEOPLE IN AMERICA . ASK PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THE SYSTEM. IT IS WELL KNOWN. IT IS NOT A BIG SECRET.
