Who is PROPHET MUHAMMAD (SALALLAHU ALAIHI WASSALAM)? ❤ Upon reading these qualities of the Prophet Muhammad (salallahu alaihi wassalam), I am and will always be in awe of how Allah (swt) created this noble man to be our best role model. Subhanallah. MashaaAllah. Alhamdulillah. :’) May Allah (swt) grant us all the goodness in this Dunya and most importantly in the Akhirah and give us strength and patience to do the same good deeds as what our Prophet (saw) did. ALLAHUMA AMEEN! I wanted to share this for us all to be reminded and be more inspired, In Shaa Allah. And to our non-Muslim brothers and sisters, please spare time to read especially #9. (1) The man who preached and practiced mutual respect: “None of you will have faith till he wishes for his brother (in humanity) what he likes for himself.” (Sahih Bukhari 2/12) (2) The man who shortened prayers to tend to upset children: “When I start the prayer I intend to prolong it, but on hearing the cries of a child, I cut short the prayer because I know that the cries of the child will incite its mother’s passions.” (Sahih Bukhari 1/11/667) (3) The man who taught that moral strength is more important than physical strength: “The strong is not the one who overcomes the people by his strength, but the strong is the one who controls himself while in anger.” (Sahih Bukhari 8/135) (4) The man who loved harmony and peace between people: “Upon hearing that the people of nearby town had fought against each other, Muhammad (saw) said, ‘Let us go to bring about forgiveness between them.” (Sahih Muslim 49/858) (5) The man who smiled: Abdullah bin al Harith: “I have never seen a man who smiled as much as the Messenger of God.” (Tirmidhi 2641) “Your smile for your brother is charity.” (Fiqh us Sunnah 3/98) (6) The man who encouraged human beings to live as siblings: “Avoid suspicion for suspicion is the gravest lie in talk and do not be inquisitive about one another and do not spy upon one another and do not feel envy with the other, and nurse no malice, and nurse no aversion and hostility against one another. And be fellow-brothers and servants of God.” (Sahih Muslim 032/6214) (7) The man who loved and cared for children: “Muhammad (saw) kissed Al-Hassan bin Ali while Al-Aqra’ bin Habis At-Tamim was sitting beside him. Al-Aqra said, ‘I have ten children and I have never kissed anyone of them;’ Muhammad (saw) cast a look at him and said, ‘Whoever is not merciful to others will not be treated mercifully.” (Sahih Bukhari 8/73/26) (8) The man who encouraged others to be merciful, even in the face of negativity: After a man had urinated on the floor of the mosque, and people rushed to him to prevent him from doing so, Muhammad (saw) said, “You (believers) were only sent to make matters easy, and your were not sent to make matters difficult.” (Tirmidhi 147, Ahmad 2/239)
