Who is interested in learning more about SMALL private group ( basically- semi- private- more affordable weight loss training) ? 8 weeks, scientifically proven, 2-3 sessions together a week. Max 8- 10 people. Fitness Test, pictures, measurements, and tracking all done privately ON-LINE for you. These are short, but HIGH intensity workouts...But if you have a lot to lose, dont be scared. In fact I encourage you to join in!!! EVERY exercise can be adapted to your ability at the time. My goal is to see women make progress and share their excitement! We ALL start somewhere and I am really excited to make groups with similar goals/ personalities. Lifelong friends and support groups.
