Who is to say that the replacement for Mark Jackson will do any better? Just look across the parking lot....How many coaches have the Raiders had in the last 10-12 years? I mean upper management of the Dubs finally started making good decisions, shedding bad players and bad contracts but that took some time. It takes time to make a team run smoothly... Worse thing that management did was let JJ go. Not because he was a great player but because of the continuity he brought to this team when the first team was off the floor. Blake is good but he just got here. I would say the Warriors would be at least 5 games better if Jarrett would have stayed. That is not Mark Jackson fault. The Warriors have won more games each year he has been here. How many coaches have done that? He deserves a chance to take this team farther. Lets see how he does through the rest of this year before we start clamoring for his job. Now if you look just down the bay at the Sharks. I think the owners should have replaced the coach years ago because, despite being great during the regular season, they have not won a championship. But they have been playoff underachievers for years despite having great players... that is a coaching issue. Yes, Mark Jackson may rub some people the wrong way but he is winning... his team has gotten better each year... that brings in money... it brings in tv deals... it brings in other good players who buy into whatever it takes to win attitudes... Mark Jackson deserves a chance to finish out this year knowing that we the fans appreciate all of what the Warriors(management & coaches) have done to become winners because the VDubs were losers for so many years. So, go Warriors... they have come out to play!
