Who says you cant get a decent sweat session from home? You dont need a full blown gym all the time. There are a few items I suggest picking up that can assist you with at home workouts. Super great for people with limited time, budget, or simply just dont want to go to the gym (like myself ) ✔Two dumbbells moderate weight ✔A jump rope ✔A kettle bell (or heavier DBs) ✔Resistance bands These items can be used with a variety of movements. This #sweatsession was four rounds of lower body/glute focus▶▶▶▶▶ Single leg KB Dead lifts × 15 each leg Jump rope 1 min Goblet Squats × 20 KB swings × 30 Bulgarian Split Squats× 15 each leg Burpee × 15 Roughly 30 min if working quickly. Quick and Easy..kinda. Whos up for this? #warriorwomen
