The resort consists of six hotel towers with 950 rooms, including a Nobu Hotel, Crown Towers and a Hyatt Hotel. It has 365 gaming tables, 1,680 slot machines and 1,680 electronic table games. A unique feature of the casino resort is the iconic dome-like structure called Fortune Egg which will house two international nightclubs. It will also contain a 60,000-80,000 sq.m. shopping mall. A theme park is also being constructed within the property called DreamPlay in collaboration with DreamWorks Animation.
