Whoever says nothing changed in Namibia since independence is just not following the progressive Swapo achievements made ever since the formation of Swapo. The prime minister and incoming president of Namibia Comrade Hage Geingob told the Swapo community in the north that Swapo promised peace, freedom of movement, freedom of speech and freedom of ambition for all Namibians and we delivered. We also promised infrastructure and we delivered, he said when we drove across Namibia in 1989, it was all gravel road and today all the 14 regions are connected by tar road. He said although development is perpetual, his administration will make sure that he will do everything to ensure that Namibia becomes a more conducive country for all its citizens in every aspect. Praising the Governor of Ohangwena region Comrade Usko Nghaamwa for reporting that all 39 schools in his region have water and electricity, he urged all the other 13 regions in Namibia to follow this good example and continue to say that he does not want to hear of any school under a tree during his administration from 21st March 2015.
