Whoops, maybe 5am kickboxing,( I did not punch the bag) 8:30 am meeting, a full days work and then 1.5 hours on the dance floor learning "Thriller" was too much. The consequence...here I sit with ice on shoulder and wrist...ouch. No permanent damages just temporary over use discomfort but oh boy what a fun day. Pretty cool, my daughter invited me and 13 year old Granddaughter to join her and friends to learn the Thriller dance in preparation for Halloween. We had sooo much fun, 6 more lessons and well have it down...ready for Halloween fun. I did not bump my head in car crash, participating in this activity fully aware and with great joy. Rock on Gma!!!
