Why Buhari-Osinbajo is a perfect choice It is regrettable that some APC supporters are still murmuring because their preferred candidates for the VP slot lost out to Prof. Yemi Osinbajo. My original choice was actually Fayemi, but when i learned after the APC convention that he supported Atiku, i shifted to Osinbajo, who in my opinion, was very well-qualified. Im a Muslim but i didnt see any advantage of a Muslim-Muslim ticket except to arm the likes of FFK and Olisa Metuh to blackmail APC and detract us from issue-based campaigning. Amaechi and Oshiomhole are also good choices but i always preferred a Christian Yoruba in view of the fact that the SW zone is as important to APC as the NW, if not more. Since those two zones alone account for 32 million voters out of 68 million in the new INEC register, i fail to see the logic of those insisting on Amaechi, Rochas or Oshiomhole - whose zones are less pro-APC, and not as populous. Whether we like it or not, people tend to vote for their kinsmen more than an outsider. This is a fact of life observed even in the US, where almost all blacks voted for Obama in 2008 and 2012. So, Buhari-Osinbajo is not only a good combination, but the most perfect one for service-delivery, national unity, and chances of success on February 14. Any APC supporter not happy with it is either oblivious of politics or is a pretender with sympathies for PDP. Up Buhari-Osinbajo. Up APC. #change2015
