As the virus becomes epidemic in urban populations, it will mutate, evolving new, more effective transmission routes. Some suspect that a strain of the virus is already transmissible by air. Therefore, if the virus is not eradicated in Africa, it will become a worldwide calamity. Since the African countries lack forces with training and protective gear necessary to quarantine infected populations, foreign forces including US troops are needed. That Trump opposes this is reason enough to know its a good idea.
