Why I Thermomix- because my Thermomix was used 13 times in total today... It helped with breaky & lunch but really helped churn out dinner for us & our visitors tonight. Still cant believe how easily & quickly I can make great food for visitors with a Thermomix! Here was our dinner menu with tmx to show what was made in Thermomix (not all done today, sauces, nuts & spreads done previously) nibbles plate- tomato, capsicum & cashew dip (tmx), crackers, nuts (tmx) & veggie sticks Main- pulled pork, tossed salad, coleslaw (not in pic-tmx) & savory filled bagel (tmx) & plain bagels (tmx) Dessert- pear & apple pancakes (tmx) served with fresh lemon, sugar, choc hazelnut spread (tmx), cherry & vanilla jam (tmx) chocolate topping (tmx), lemon butter (tmx) & fresh fruit. Recipes.... Dip- edc, but I didnt have any sun dried toms & didnt want to drive to shops so I roasted some fresh toms & used them instead - awesome! Sweet & salty nuts- quirky cookbook Coleslaw- edc, I add 1 stick of celery & 1/2 a red capsicum & have with Thermomix mayo Savory bagel & plain bagel - alyce Alexandra recipe from bread class, its a bagel filled with roasted red capsicum, eggplant & red onion. Pear & apple pancakes- my own recipe, just purée a pear & apple first then add usual pancake ingredients.
