Why India Need f smart cities , even though it is away from City , Buying and Living in smart cities are best option , It is value for money , you pay what is shown and really provided . Take the case of buying a 2BHK flat in OMR , it works out around 45 Lacs , at the bottom you are ending up paying 10-12 lacs as minimum for Various taxes including infra , but when u start living there is no drainage connection , water from tanker etc , apart from the shody construction and taken ride by builders . also paying indirect charges as claimed by the Builder to pass the approval delays and under the table . In smart cities all these get eliminated. will have best infra etc . Better invest in smart cities .
