Why are some people so surprised about the #FergusonDecision? There is a : (1) history of the officer who killed the unarmed wounded teen coming from a police force in Jennings, Mo. so troubled with so much tension between white officers and black residents that the city council finally decided to disband it; (2) history of the Ferguson cops racial profiling blacks; (3) history of leaving the dead bleeding kid on the street for more than 4 hours; (4) history of the prosecutor being a victim of a black person and stubbornly refusing to recuse himself; (5) a history of the unethical DA using the rare and special secret grand jury method instead of a standard felony indictment and public preliminary hearing; (6) history of the chief of police leaking the video of the victim to demonize him to media as a criminal; (7) history of the over-militarization of cops in armed assault vehicles and machine guns aimed directly at protesters; (8) history of the chief of police keeping secret any police report and evidence except that which favored the cop; (9) history of the Gov. and Mayor calling for martial law and harassing upset protesters exercising their 1st Amendment right of speech; (10) history of stoking up fears and a riot by making public announcements about curfews and restrictions before the decision emphasizing issues of violence; (11) history of a mobilization of the National Guard and re-mobilization of police even well before the announcement of the biased prosecutor; and (12) a history of unusually announcing the decision 100 days after the killing late at night when most angry youths would be milling about; and ALL resulting in a highly unusual and strange preemptive speech by a biased prosecuting lawyer (acting like a defense attorney) who focused only on the evidence and witnesses favoring the suspect and disfavoring the victim, who relied on single witness (#10) who was 100 yards away, and who said nothing about how or whether the physical and scientific evidence and incriminating witness testimony from many other witnesses supported the unreasonable cop claim to the grand jury that he was in fear of his own life from a huge rampaging demon!
