Why do people not understand that it is not easier in the long run for those that do not honor their word, even if it seems like it at the time???...Cheaper now surprisingly does not translate to cheaper later even in many cases considered trivial (like a mathematical definition of this word...Case in point...a possible building management decision to go back on its word to tenants out of such ease... My anger and desire to prevent such a happening...as well as some self interest exhibited in the following letter my building management: I recently had a talk with zzzz (who has a husband and 5 children), who used to be employed by xxxx, at the Thanksgiving edition of The Center for People in Needs efforts to continually help the community of Lincoln. She is a wonderful person and was visibly upset that day as evidenced by a tearful physical presence. I talked to her for at least an half an hour relating to the circumstances of her departure from xxxx...I want to preface myself by saying that if ANY fallout harms her by MY asking of questions relating to why she quit xxxx then I will persue any, and time and GOD willing, ALL legal (and only legal action for Im INCAPABLE of any other type of action) possibilities at my disposal to affect xxxx AND any EMPLOYEES personally deemed responsible by my informed person with any legal discomfiture...So let me define the entirety of scope of what this means by example...O.K., so if it is determined (and the last thing on my mind is harming anyone, ever, even if they are jerks BECAUSE it simply isnt a good use of my time and abilities) that a particular person ran off zzzz AND (and this conjunction is essential) is proceeding to IGNORE tenant placement criteria and requests determined and collected by yyyy (SINCE no declaration of this possible outcome has been announced by xxxx) then i.e. calling the IRS lets say, to have them audit personal or corporate tax returns as far back as legally possible will CERTAINLY be executed, among any other kind of amusing legal things that I know about...fair housing principles, contract stipulations, contractor preferences...yada yada yoda...I said LEGAL but not necessarily ETHICAL in the general case...I learned these techniques by HAVING to be unfortunately exposed to people that did these kinds of things and worse (which I will NOT do) growing up...Additionally, I have already taken measures to secure my residency IN THE AREA should I be deemed now undesirable for as LONG as it takes to be a righteous (arrogant...sounds like it could be but...no because of enough humility that will have to be taken on faith) thorn to whom or whoever it may concern...I dont like BULLIES, nobody does...so lets not have ANY around...furthermore...I have not been on the radar of any management personnel or file cabinets around these premises since I have been here and wont in the future...that is a PROMISE...because I DONT make threats...only PROMISES...so if necessary (to paraphrase) as Jack Nickleson (sp?) said in Batman after he turned into The Joker...wait till you get a load of me...
