As a recent Newsweek article illustrates, these employees are undertaking specialized leadership training from the McChrystal Group. The consulting firm—made up of ex-Navy SEALs and other combat veterans—is helping corporations adapt and succeed in a constantly changing market environment. The firm’s co-founder is retired general Stanley McChrystal, the former commander of the International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan.
