Why is it that job interviews are filled with such douchey trickery? Especially stuff like this where youre being tested without any knowledge of the tests existence or its dubious purpose. And without any science behind it, these tests are dubious as to their actual utility in finding a good job candidate. Its like using a persons credit score to determine employability. Its not only discriminatory, its been proven to have no relevance at all to a persons viability as an employee and in fact those with poor credit ratings are simply more likely to have been a victim of the vastly rigged economic system which allowed bankers to rob the worlds poor and middle class of their capital and their future worth, and indicate a likelihood to work harder for an employer in order to repair the damage done to them by the 1%s effect on the economy.
