Why is the people who are fighting to take the very means of our voice are the ones who scream out freedom and liberty? By any means is our government perfect. We will have corrupted and paid off officials working for their own interest. We will have absurd bills passed that will complicate all our lives. We will see wars that get started over false information. We will see it all. The good the bad and the ugly. However; we can also watch this. We can see the bills being discussed. We can see the effects of the decisions. We can track the movements. We can speak up and present our findings. We can do something. But these people who scream freedoms are the very people who want to take the only means of even doing something away. They want the choices to be made by our bosses and they want the workers isolated into single insignificant voices. They want us confused and angry at everything. They work to point out every flaw and work to point out things where context is limited. They speak of freedom but they dont want us to have the means for it. They want us blinded with the idea of freedom. I for one will not fight to take our abilities away. I will be accused of being a communist, a government puppet, and everything else that will label me in a negative light. But I ask you this; once the power is stripped from the government then where will your vote be? Where will the power of the people be? Who will decide what happens? Do you really think that by handing the power over to the very people trying to buy off congress that we will actually be free???
