Why it is important, even imperative, to support the nation of Ukraine. Ukraine, aside from being a relatively peaceful yet steadfast people who are desiring to live in freedom and in a similar social and political fashion to that of the west, is a huge nation with great prospects. It is the largest nation entirely located in the European continent, and has approximately forty-six million citizens. It is already, and has been a growing economy, with steady positive growth for many years now. Its industrial base and technology sector is one of the biggest and most advanced in the world. Its military, the same. Its agriculture is one of the largest and is the most fertile on the planet. And its labour force is strong and steady, also challenging the best in the world, in regards to its will and determination, and its hard-driven efforts. They are already a proven people in these main areas and in many more. The nation of Ukraine is a top tier nation for the western nations to trade with and partner with; and it is already more than capable of doing so, with a skies-the-limit potential for more growth and opportunity. And Ukraine is and has been more than willing to do so, to partner, since its reintroduction as a nation. Their history is very colourful, very diverse. Their traditions and cultures can be traced back as early as any others. They are a noble, rich peoples, steeped in lure and relatively endless in cultural capacity. Their only weakness was and has been that they made a flawed decision twenty years ago when they decided to relinquish their womds with the belief that they would be somehow protected by outside nations. In theory, this agreement is a good idea, but unfortunately in reality it doesnt seem too practical for any nation that had the kind of military strength of Ukraine prior to them honouring this agreement, especially considering their geographic location and their potential security vulerabilities due to that reason. This however can be corrected very easily, with the contribution of friendly nations and with the continued determination of the people of Ukraine. Ukraine will thrive and prosper. Theyve confronted threats before over their long, amazing history as a nation, society, culture, people. Ukraine has existed for hundreds upon hundreds of years, long before there was todays version of a repressive Russian dictatorship, and long before there was ever even a thought about a Soviet Union. Ukraine always has and always will exist as an independent nation. And along with its friends, such as those especially in eastern Europe and directly to the south in Asia Minor, independence and freedom will claim its victory in the name of Ukraine.
