Why not, in a day like this as you are home resting and enjoying your week ends to just pick your phone and call some family members and friends to wish them well or good. Pray for them and the Angels will also pray for you. Also to appear with some smiling face to your wife, your husband and your neighbors. Prophet Mohammed (saw) was known to be a person who liked to smile a lot, HE was always meeting people with smiling faces. Even in front of his enemies he smiles to them to let them know that, he didnt hate them but wanted the best for them. Thats why the RASUL said ; ﺗﺒﺴﻤﻚ ﻓﻲ ﻭﺟﻪ ﺍﺧﻴﻚ ﺻﺪﻗﺔ Your smiles in front or in the face of your friend is a Charity. This is to show that, we must always see each others as keepers of one another. have good relationships. The prophet(saww) also said ; ﺍﻥ ﻣﻦ ﺍﺟﺐ ﺍﻋﻤﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻲ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺍﺩﺧﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺴﺮﻭﺭ ﻋﻠﻲ ﻗﻠﺐ ﺍﺧﻴﻚ ﻣﺆﻣﻦ ﻭ ﺍﻥ ﻳﻔﺮﺝ ﻋﻨﻪ ﻏﻤﺎ ﺍﻭ ﻳﻘﻀﻲ ﻋﻨﻪ ﺩﻳﻨﺎ ﺍﻭ ﻳﻄﻌﻤﻪ Among the good deeds that ALLAH loves most are: 1. when you put some happiness and joy into the heart of your fellow Muumin or (human beings) especial the poor and the needy or an Orphan. 2. And to relief a person from any pains and suffering and comfort him/her 3. And to help in paying his debts for him 4. Or call him/her to come and share your little meals with you. So you see Islam is not only about SALAT,FASTING, Hajj and whatever, good character and being generous too is part of Islam.
