Why was I obsessing about this prime rib we had today? Well, it was a very special gift (from Shawn) and something weve never cooked, so I didnt want to ruin it!! If you burn a $3 pack of chicken its not as big of a deal!! LOL! Plus, Jane Brach wasnt here for Thanksgiving dinner, so I wanted everything to be perfect today!! Anyway, I knew right away that I should ask Jason James Komyathy, and I followed his cooking directions. Guess what? As my college professor once told me, Knowledge isnt knowing all the answers, its knowing where to find the answers! It came out PERFECT!! I also put rub on it like Holly Kaarlsen Parker suggested, and took it out of the fridge a while like Janet Puglia and Lucy Meyer Fox said to do!! It was the meal that my collective Facebook friends helped to get right!!! Thank you all, and you Shawn Roebuck for preparing it as my friends suggested!!
