Bend your knees . Talk your chin and an angle your torso slightly forward. Then, slowly lower your torso between the bars while bending at your elbows. Lower your torso until you reach a comfortable stretch position (your chest should be in line with the bars). Push your body back up to the starting position by slowly straightening your arms. Continue this motion until you have completed all your reps.
