Windsor Business Owner - World War 2 Hero Passes - Stanley Scislowski at 90 Please accept our condolences on the passing of Stanley. . Please post any stories, thoughts, pictures to honor his memory. He was a friend of my Dad Franek Pietrzkiewicz who was in The Polish Division of The British Eighth Army and ended the war in Italy with Stanley. . Franek Pietrzkiewicz was the owner of many businesses and volunteered his time to veterans in London, Brantford, Windsor and Toronto. He passed away May 15, 2007 at 94 years of age in London, Ontario. . Both Stanley Scislowski and Franek Pietrzkiewicz were well decorated soldiers - awarded many medals of honor for their bravery and service. .
