By: Dr. Arturo Pacheco reyes, MD For U.S. SENATE (HAWAII) U.S.A. 2014 Non Partisan Party Candidate for the Entire Hawaii ...I stood the grounds of our Judiciary both from State to Federal District Court Houses and acted both as Jury Pool Member, Juror, and Jury Fore-Person. I stood the grounds and fought the cause of liberty and justice for all: hearing evidences and reaching a verdict after due deliberations and hearings and weighting the equality of everyone before the eyes of the law. I stood the grounds and stood proud of how great our judiciary and justice systems, often tarnished by those who deliver and execute the law through deliberate abuses and mis-application of powers, yet maintain crystal clear by way of checks and balances to preclude Conflict of Interest in returning verdict. I stood the grounds: knowing that the Judge cannot return a one man rule, rather a rule weight fairly and equitably by Jury of Peers that return the verdict unanimously. I stood the grounds, enforcing that CONFLICT OF INTEREST DOES NOT CLOUD THE CASE AND VERDICT, MAINTAINED CHECKS AND BALANCES, DISQUALIFIED JUDGES SHOULD THEY APPEAR TO HAVE A CLINE AND BIASED PERSPECTIVE AND OUTLOOK OF THE CASE. I stood the grounds, knowing that our Judicial Systems cannot deliver unjust verdict unlike the biased ruling of the Legislatures and our Chief Executives. I stood the grounds, knowing that the Judge presiding is not the judge of the individual(s) or party(ies) being charged but, rather the Judge of Law; I stood the ground, knowing that the 13 Jury of Pools are the Judge of the Case who will return the verdict.
