Though I admittedly know little about rivers/fishing and the like, youve done a good job of presenting your views and I will certainly pass them on to the Ministers of Justice and Environment and their respective departments. I am not entirely sure which department has ultimate responsibility here but Ill find out very quickly once I forward your email. I will ask them to investigate and respond to you and copy me.
