With a constitution as elaborate as kenyas we should not be wallowing in oblivion like sheep without shepherd am saying this in respect to those calling for removal of olelenku n kimaiyo our Constitution clause 152(6) allows national assembly members supported by at least one quarter of members to propose a motion requiring the president to dismiss a cabinet secretary further 152 (7) continuous to say if this motion is supported by one third of national assembly then the assembly shall appoint a select committee comprising eleven of its members to investigate the matter,152(9) says if resolution under clause (9) requiring president to dismiss a cabinet secretary is supported by majority the the speaker shall Promptly deliver the resolution to president whereby the president can dismiss that cabinet secretary ,in light of this i avent see any member of national assembly try to utter such words rather they only want to shout n shout n ply with kenyans minds ,we cannot keep on losing innocent kenyans n sing the normal song of will find u,will unturn the stones, its time leaders shud take responsibility of their duties
