With all the talk, and images being posted about the whales out at the shrine, I thought I would venture that way to see what I could see. Since I have been here Ive been dying to see one jump out of the water. To my excitement a few did. But they were so faaaar away only if you had a super bionic lens could you see them. Then I saw a colony of sea lions following a whale pretty close. The whale did the norm spouting off then dove flipping his tail in the air.. So, and I SHOULD know better, I dropped my focus to review the images. Then I heard the splash.......super bummed!
