With an 18-year leap, the TV show Madhubala — Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, will end Vivian Dsenas track as superstar RK. His on-screen family, including Sikandar Kharbanda and Seema Mishra will not be a part of the new storyline either. Only Drashti Dhami (Madhubala), Indresh Malik (Bittuji) and Shama Deshpande (as RKs mother) have been retained. After the leap, Drashti will return as Madhu and RKs daughter. There are also rumours that Vivians alleged tantrums were the main reason behind this decision. Says a source, That is not the only reason. We just felt the need for a new track. However, had he taken lesser leaves, the results would have been better. Karanvir Bohra and a few other actors have been approached to play the new male lead.
