With food the new trend these days is healthy food in no time i think the most useful and important ingredient available over the counter these days is masala oats if u want to prepare quick and healthy savouries. Im not here to promote any brand u can pick n choose any flavours of your choice ;few common things u can innovate with masala oats are; Chilla -with besan or dal just add a pack or 2 of masala oats along with ur regular batter it gives a new dimension of taste to ur breakfast. Tikkis -with aloo or paneer add some dry masala ots without cooking to the mix and then make tikkis out of it u can add some more veggies like cabbage n mushrooms sauteed mix them with tikki mix masala oats really help to bind well so no need for any corn flour. Basic chappati or paratha dough add some masala oats to plain flour and put some chopped onions n coriander and make a wholesum paratha for brkfst or dinner .Chapatis u cant roll very thin n fluffy with oats added dough so making a parath is better. For topping of bruchettas -just prepare plain masala oats n in the end some chopped basil leaves and chill the mix . Take some garlic bread n top with chilled oat mix and crumbled feta cheese im sure ur guests would love it!!
