With the assassination of two NYPD officers yesterday in broad daylight. We are thinking many different things. We are looking for blame. We are angry to the point of being livid. All of us from the thin blue line are wanting revenge because its an instinct as a brotherhood that we protect our own by nature. And we ALL WANT IT TO STOP. Mr. President, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, the mayor of New York City and most of all, the Media. You all own a large part of the BLAME. The media showed and protest of marchers in New York City last week chanting What do we want, dead cops... when do we want them... Now. What purpose did this have. This violence is doing nothing but causing more violence. It is also has a potential to drive a wedge, that one of the greatest humanitarians Martin Luther King Jr. gave his life to successfully remove 50 years ago. In this day and age, race should not even be a factor in our daily lives. Unfortunately, we all realize racism and double standards exists in ALL races. This is not the way to fix it by denying blame and pointing figures at everyone else. God Bless the officers and their families and the brothers and sister of NYPD.
