Delivery to further locations possible for additional fee. Each butt weighs in at 5-8 pounds cooked weight and can feed at least 20 people. 48 hour notice required. Smoked low and slow for at least 12 hours over hickory and apple wood. Customize your butt with a different flavor rub. Mexican, Jamaican Jerk, sweet and spicy.
