[WoW] - Hey guys, we are aware of some disconnection issues as well as players receiving a Character Not Found error. We are looking into it. Here are some of the steps that we have heard back that have been working: 1. Try a different browser 2. Clear Cache and Cookie 3. Flush DNS (bit.ly/1o754jg) 4. Power Cycle your network (bit.ly/1C710oU) 5. Selective Startup (see steps below) For Selective Startup: Hit the Windows Key + R, and type: msconfig Hit Enter or OK. In the General tab: 1. Choose Selective Startup 2. Disable (uncheck) Load Startup Items 3. Click on the Services tab 4. Check Hide All Microsoft Services 5. Click on Disable All 6. Click OK and Reboot
