Woke up feeling rather overwhelmed and anxious today. I want to remind anyone dealing with anxiety or just going through a stressful time to BREATHE. Take a few minutes to relax. Drink some tea or listen to a happy song or watch a funny youtube video or go for a walk. Make a conscious effort to put things into perspective by dealing with one issue at a time and removing the unnecessary negativity that you might be putting on yourself. Anyways, dont know if anyone will find that helpful or encouraging but I just wanted to throw it out there
