Women who voted Republican please take note of your party. Rachel is pointing out how in 2012 all the Chairmanships of the Republican Party went to all white males except for Darrel Issa who is half Lebanese. Oh yeah they did create one chairmanship for a woman who wanted Homeland Security but she was moved onto this committee she was not even on and made chairman. That committee was the Administrative committee, you know the one that deals with the kitchen , cafeteria, the library and all the janitorial services of the House. Now in 2014 the Republicans have once again done are you ready for it. Yes they did all white males for all chairmanships except the one held by the one woman they let in, in 2012. Now are you just really happen you voted for that. This is what is called advancement of women in your party. Oh yeah and this is very interesting. Rachel said Issa has no chairmanship this time so they got rid of that diversity. Even more interesting is that Issa was head of the committee that investigates wrong doing. Maybe since he got nothing to stick to Obama and spent millions doing it with nada, nothing, bubkisk. He got demoted.
