Wondering why I bust my ass, to be the best I can be, when it always goes un-noticed. I wonder if I bring in a detachable male organ to work, if I can join the club at that time. The guys I work with are always more noticed with the good things the whole team has done, but they get the credit. Even though they learn, and are trained by us mere females. Then when the male boss asks them the questions on how to do something they spout off what they’ve learned from the “veterans” of the call center. P.S. all “veterans” here are Female. Who is first to be made a lead? Who gets to mess around? Take 6 breaks a day? Stay off the phones for a long stretch of time? Professes they only take 50 calls a day when your female counterparts are taking 80 + calls a day? Yup! Must be nice to have a penis around here. Most men who I know outside of this place don’t act like this, but then again, just because you got a stick between your legs, this does not make you a man.
