Woohoo! I’m coming to the end of my third pregnancy. Truth be told, I’m exhausted. I have reached the point of sheer discomfort in my pregnancy. I can’t sleep properly because my belly is in the way. My baby girl squeezes my diaphragm and presses on my bladder, making it difficult for me to catch a breath and setting bathroom trips every hour or two as the norm. The merrymaking season has also taken its toll. I indulged a little too much and didn’t pay much attention on nutrition for a few weeks. That was a big mistake since I was a vegetarian.
