Words of wisdom this morning ... After a rather nasty experience, my advice is .... Dont advertise with Solent Life magazine! Worst customer service Ive experienced in a very long time. Sales person under her own deadlines, pushed me to advertise in a mag that doesnt particular serve my area but the pricing was ok when reduced/shared - I did so willingly albeit reluctantly! I also wrote a good editorial to get a little more exposure and good PR for Pole! Since then (JUNE this year!) they have hounded me for an invoice that was never agreed. I have tried to pay my bit - made copious amount of phone calls to sort this but they have continually denied all emails and telephone conversations, passing the account to an agency!! Fortunately my Rottweiler tendencies and anal paperwork trail served me well in this instance! They were well and truly caught out! Staff promised loads and not once tried to help or ease the ensuing stress - I ceased to be a priority once I had advertised with them - rubbish customer service! Never piss off someone whos not bad at networking and uses FB/Twitter quite a bit = Big Mistake - big, big mistake!!
