Work Title: Financial Manager Job Description: Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programmes/strategies and regulatory action Responsible for cost analysis as well as strategic financial planning Developing financial strategies for the company and presenting them to the General Manager and the Board Responsible for preparation of budgets and monitoring against actual results on a monthly basis Responsible for reporting of financial results to the General Management and the Board Responsible for the preparation of regular reports such as monthly, annual, profit/loss, financial reports and other relevant reports as requested by the Board and Senior Management Ensuring adequate cash flow to meet organizational needs Responsible for tax compliance Monitoring and controlling daily operations of the Finance / Accounting department Ensuring and controlling the timely and correct update of accounts Ensuring the necessary reconciliations are made between the internal records and accounts and those of third parties Overseeing receivables and collection cycle Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements are completed accurately and timely in accordance with current regulations and/or guidelines. Qualifications: Five to seven years of financial and management experience University degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance or IT ACCA or ACA qualification is required Excellent command of the English and Greek language, both verbal and written CFA qualification will be considered as a competitive advantage Computer and internet literate Analytical and problem solving skills Strong leadership and managerial skills Outstanding negotiation skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills Strong financial and business acumen Town: Limassol
