Working on a 94 250 Quadrunner, plug gapped at .028, fresh oil, clean filter, took carb out and cleaned, the diaphragm is good. Can start it and it idles fine, rev it up and it stutters a little but you can rev thru it. When I got it the other day it wouldnt even start, when it did start it would idle fine but die when ya gave it gas. Tore carb apart and cleaned jets, the primary was clean but secondary was plugged, cleaned and reinstalled, I know there are a lot of vacuum lines on it, could this be the problem? When you put it in gear it wants to quit but ya hit the throttle and it stutters but takes off, when your in the gas it runs great.
