Workout done. Upped my max on front squat, squat, calf raise and leg press. One of my goals by the end of the year is to be back on the ice and in shape. I miss playing so much. I want to get back out there and play. I want to be strong out there. I want people to say hes big, but hes fast. I want to be a force in front of the net. I want to have fun again. Each workout and each cardio session, each healthy meal, each bottle of water brings me closer to that goal. I will get back. I WILL.
