Workout of The Week: Superman Aim for 3 sets of 10 Keep your neck in a neutral position, raise legs & arms together to form elongated u shape with your body, hold 2-5sec each rep. Progression: after initial hold at the top, spread arms & legs wide and hold 2-5sec, then again 2-5sec together and back down for 1 rep. A great exercise for minimising risk of postural-related problems from sitting all day! Athlete: Olly Shaw Triathlete
